Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Administrative Responsibilities: Preparing work schedules, leave plans, rest periods, and disciplinary records for the Electrical Department technicians.
Coordinating with the Operations and Procurement Departments regarding maintenance activities and the purchase of routine requirements.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Supervising and monitoring the continuous operation of the park's electrical equipment and systems.
- Preparing preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all electrical systems and ensuring their implementation on time in accordance with established technical standards.
- Participating with the team in developing strategies to improve overall reliability, enhance park and employee safety, improve operational facilities, and reduce costly equipment failures.
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues reported through maintenance requests, directing technicians to perform repairs, and supervising maintenance activities.
- Performing preventive maintenance on electrical panels, generators, control panels, and electrical room equipment.
- Reviewing warehouse inventory levels for electrical materials and preparing requisitions for replenishment to ensure continuous availability.
- Testing, diagnosing, and repairing faults in all types of electrical equipment, distribution boards, electrical components, lighting systems, underground cables, wiring, internet devices, circuit breakers, electrical outlets, and other related components.
- Supervising all maintenance activities, including both preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Carrying out all necessary repairs and modifications to maintain the electrical systems at the highest possible level of efficiency.
- Providing full supervision of all electrical works at the site.
