Material Planner

Plan and control material requirements in accordance with production plans and customer demand. Monitor and control inventory levels, material availability, safety stock, and projected material run-out dates. Review material forecasts weekly, focusing on critical, high-cost, and long lead-time materials. Monitor purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) status, as well as material delivery schedules, to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and suppliers to prevent and resolve material shortages. Analyze material supply risks and implement corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted production operations. Prepare and update reports related to material planning, inventory status, and material supply risks.

Qualifications:

1. Age: 25–40 years.
2. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. At least 3 years of experience in material planning, production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
4. Good knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory planning, and material control.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
6. Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
7. Manufacturing experience is preferred.
8. Candidates who can communicate in English or Chinese will be given special consideration.
