DATA PROCESSING MANAGER

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced Data Processing Manager to oversee data management, processing systems, and digital operations supporting construction projects. You will ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and effective technology integration across project and business functions.

• Manage and oversee data processing operations for construction projects and business activities to ensure seamless workflow
• Develop and implement efficient data management systems, reporting processes, and digital workflows to optimize operational performance
• Monitor project data, resource allocation, and management reports to support informed decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, security, integrity, and compliance with company policies to maintain high data quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and operational teams to enhance data processing efficiency and collaboration
• Lead system improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects to drive innovation and operational excellence
• Prepare analytical reports and deliver data-driven recommendations to management for strategic planning
• Supervise data processing personnel and manage relationships with IT vendors and overseas business partners to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data processing, database management, IT systems, or related managerial functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience supporting construction project operations or project management systems
• Strong knowledge of database systems, data analytics, reporting tools, and process automation
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and meet operational deadlines
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Other Information

• Working hours: 5.5-day workweek, 44 hours per week
• Weekend and public holiday duties may be required based on operational needs
• Weekly rest days arranged on a rotational basis
• Overseas travel may be required for business and project requirements
