Warehouse Associate

$20.05/hour | Full-Time | Day Shift | Weekly Pay

3PL Inc. is currently recruiting a Warehouse Operator for an established food manufacturing facility in Mississauga.
This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys staying active and takes pride in accuracy, organization and getting the job done right.
What You'll Do
- Receive and verify incoming products and materials
- Pick, stage and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
- Complete shipping, receiving and inventory documentation
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock control
- Use RF scanners to track product movement
- Rotate inventory using FIFO/FEFO procedures
- Maintain accurate product and lot traceability
- Keep warehouse, staging and dock areas clean and organized
- Work closely with Production, Quality and Logistics teams
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
- Forklift and/or walkie/rider pallet jack experience preferred
- Food, beverage or dairy experience is an asset
- Comfortable using RF scanners and completing documentation
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending and case picking
- Able to work in refrigerated areas (approximately 0-4°ree;C)

Food Safety & Quality
This position works within a food manufacturing environment. Employees are required to follow established GMP, HACCP, SQF, hygiene and food-safety procedures.
