FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Be responsible for maintenance and operation of building – related issues like retrofit/ addition/ alteration, industrial M&E equipment / appliances, landscaping, pest control, fire protection;
Troubleshoot and respond to systems interruptions and operational issues pertaining to building maintenance;
