Project Safety and Health Officer

Job Responsibilities Manage workplace safety and health compliance for project operations. Conduct workplace inspections and identify operational hazards. Review risk assessments, safe work procedures and permit-to-work requirements. Recommend and monitor the implementation of risk-control measures. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings and safety briefings. Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses. Prepare safety reports and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Maintain training, inspection, incident and safety documentation. Coordinate safety matters with the client, contractors and stakeholders. Conduct inspections outside normal working hours when required. Job Requirements Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM. Relevant recognised workplace safety and health qualifications. Experience in railway, infrastructure or construction projects is preferred. Sound knowledge of Singapore’s WSH legislation and risk-management requirements. Experienced in safety inspections and incident investigations. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to work in construction, railway, tunnel and depot environments
