Senior M&E Project Engineer [SL]

• Review project drawings, specifications, contractual requirements and subcontract documents.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues before construction.
• Prepare work schedules and execute project activities according to approved programmes.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, quality standards and EHS requirements.
• Maintain proper site housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain quality records.
• Analyse quality results and implement improvement measures.
• Maintain project documentation, including quality, EHS and inspection records.
• Monitor material usage and minimise wastage, damage and rework.
• Support project cost control and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate site activities involving ERSS, precast works, structural works and facilities planning, where required.
• Perform other project duties assigned by the Project Manager.
