Your tasks

Waveman Integrated Solutions Limited is seeking an organised, proactive and results-oriented HR & Business Operations Manager to coordinate recruitment, staff performance and daily business operations.

We want someone who can build an accountable team, establish efficient working procedures and ensure employees deliver measurable results.

• Recruit, screen, interview and onboard employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and performance reports.
• Develop job descriptions, workplace policies and operating procedures.
• Set departmental targets and monitor progress.
• Supervise daily activities across technical, marketing and sales teams.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Monitor task completion and address performance issues fairly.
• Track customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
• Assist management with business planning and process improvement.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork and accountability.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, administration, operations or team supervision.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with spreadsheets, reporting and performance tracking.
• Good judgement, integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt.

Experience working with a small business, technology company or growing startup is an advantage.

You are someone who takes initiative, follows up on assigned tasks and can turn management instructions into practical results.
