Sales Operations Associate

- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries
- Manage quotes, proposals, and order documentation
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance teams
- Track open orders and follow up on customer inquiries
- Support onboarding of new distributors and partners
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support or operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) - an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English - written and verbal
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Experience in an international or B2B sales environment
- Familiarity with ERP or order management tools
- Additional languages — an advantage
