Experienced Chef for Indonesian Restaurant

We Are Looking For: A skilled and passionate Chef with experience in Indonesian cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indonesian dishes, cooking techniques, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Prepare authentic Indonesian dishes with precision and consistency.

Manage kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating.

Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met.

Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.

Maintain inventory and manage kitchen supplies efficiently.

Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef , preferably specializing in Indonesian cuisine .

Strong knowledge of traditional Indonesian ingredients and cooking methods.

Ability to work in both slow and fast-paced environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills in english.

Food safety certification is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
