A university degree in Computer science or similar Experience from software engineering and agile development Experience of fleet management systems and the Transport/Logistics domain area Ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams Strong interest in process improvements and ability to create structure Have capacity to execute against set targets and a “can do” attitude Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external partners You have several year’s documented experience from assignments in designing and developing systems in close cooperation with customers Experience from telecom and vehicle industry Experience from High Availability design Fluent in English and Swedish - both written and spoken Connected Solutions is a global organization within Volvo Group focused on creating the services of tomorrow. Role description You will be part of the Productivity team and this group is accountable for the complete solution roadmap where you will take a significant part in creating the roadmap. In the future there might be added additional customer solutions into the responsibility.

Ensure a solid architecture even in heterogeneous IT systems Drive reviews of architecture concepts and solutions Responsible to have an holistic view, how the assignment interacts with the surrounding environment Responsible to combine business needs with the technical solution Responsible to lead developers in correct direction by supporting them in the development design Responsible to work with improvements, by participation in the development, of the architectural principles, processes and standards Performs presentation of solutions to stakeholders Act as a mentor for project members/colleagues
