About this role

We are seeking a UX/UI product designer with a strong foundation in user experience and interface design to create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital products. This role sits within Digital Sales & Marketing and focuses on bridging user needs with effective design solutions through research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-quality interface design. The individual will contribute both independently and collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional environment.

What you'll do

Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile platforms

Deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions, from research insights to final UI compositions

Apply user-centred design principles using data and research to inform decisions

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver product outcomes

Present design concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members

Ensure design consistency and quality across all product deliverables

Organise and manage design assets and documentation effectively

Who you are

Experienced in UX/UI or product design, with approximately 5 years in a commercial environment

Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

Able to translate concepts into wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes

Knowledgeable in responsive design principles across devices and platforms

Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and distributed team environments

Strong communicator, able to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders

Holds a degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or equivalent practical experience

Brings a portfolio demonstrating applied UX/UI design work and delivered product features

Applies structured thinking to decision-making and problem-solving
