Business Development Manager / VMG Lignum
Main Responsibilities:
Develop business opportunities for prefab construction solutions in Lithuanian market; Identify and approach new clients, partners and construction projects; Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, contractors, architects or other business partners; Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts; Coordinate customer projects together with internal engineering, production and logistics teams; Represent VMG Lignum at customer meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions; Monitor market trends and provide insights that contribute to product and business development.
To Succeed in This Position, You Will Need:
Experience with construction, prefab or technical B2B products; Understanding of property development processes and project delivery; Experience in project management, including timeline, risk and budget management; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required; Willingness to travel for business.

Salary
3000-4400 €/mon. gross
