Requirements
- Recognised degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Employer.
- At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in resident or site supervision.
- Experience supervising at least one large-scale, complex building development of comparable nature.
- Valid registration/accreditation under the applicable IES/ACES RE/RTO Registry for C&S, maintained throughout deployment.
- Must meet prevailing statutory qualification and accreditation requirements if appointed as a statutory site supervisor.
- Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices, quality control, WSH and relevant authority specifications.
