SUPPLY AND EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Supply Loading Supervisor! The position shall be responsible for the monitoring of loading supply to ensure sufficient “ready to load’ materials to the sewing lines. Follow up Cutting Supervisors to ensure cutting is done on time based on cutting schedule Coordinates with subprocess supervisors to ensure sufficient embellishments based on sewing line daily demand (STDQ) Ensures compliance in the Loading Area to include, but not limited to, 6S, Product Safety, and Metal-Free Policy Procedures and Implementations. Oversees and monitors daily activities of all loading personnel to ensure all activities are carried out efficiently

Qualifications/Requirements: Must be a College graduate of any course With at least 2-3 years of working experience in a garment manufacturing setting. Keen to detail, organized, analytical Can guide cutters Process-focused Must be adept with Planning, Leading, Organizing, and Controlling (PLOC) his section’s activities and personnel
