Senior Project Manager
Lead complex water treatment projects from conception to completion! As Sr. Project Manager , you'll guide a talented team of engineers and professionals through every phase—from contract signature through design, vendor selection, fabrication, installation, and startup. You'll be the primary point of accountability to both clients and leadership for technical and financial performance. Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate all project activities in partnership with Lead Engineers and Sourcing Project Leaders
Champion quality and safety standards across every project phase
Ensure delivery on commitments while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget discipline
Manage stakeholder expectations with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Provide strategic project oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams
Maintain accurate project status reporting and financial tracking.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent field
10+ years of project management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain within 1 year
Strong foundation in engineering principles
Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills
Clear, concise communication abilities
Proven ability to lead expert teams and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts
Background in industrial process systems (water treatment, chemical, oil & gas, or power)
Fluency in French, Spanish, Chinese, or other languages
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: USD$95,000 - $120,000 annually
