Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our café team. This position is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, non-coffee beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, manual brews, and non-coffee beverages (matcha, chocolate, etc.)

Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment properly

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service

Support the team in daily café operations

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista

Skilled in espresso preparation, latte art, and café-standard drinks

Knowledge of plant-based milk (oat, almond, coconut, etc.) is a plus

Able to communicate in English (basic conversational level required)

Discipline, good communication skills, and a team player

Willing to work on a shift schedule (morning/afternoon)
