Assembly Process Technician

1. Line Operation: Perform and run assembly processes for automotive lighting (headlamps, rear lamps, DLP, ADB, and lenses) according to instructions.
2. Machine & Fixture Setup: Set up, adjust, and prepare assembly tools, jigs, and fixtures before starting the production run.
3. Daily Troubleshooting: Fix immediate mechanical issues, stop line abnormalities, and assist in daily machine tuning during mass production.
4. Work Instruction Following: Follow strictly the standard operation instructions (SOP) and maintain safety protocols on the shop floor.
5. Basic Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning, daily inspection, and routine maintenance of assembly equipment based on the maintenance plan.
6. Audit Support: Keep the workspace organized (5S) and ensure shop-floor checklists and Poka-Yoke systems are fully functional for audits.

Qualifications: High Vocational Diploma (ปวส.) or Vocational Certificate (ปวช.) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical fields. Able to communicate in Chinese or English (Basic to intermediate level for daily work coordination). Have direct experience in the automotive industry will be adventaged. Strong practical skills in adjusting jigs, fixtures, pneumatic systems, and assembly tools. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, mechanical layouts, and work instructions (SOP). Good troubleshooting skills and quick response to solve immediate line stoppages. Able to work in shifts (if required) and work well under pressure to meet daily production targets.
