Senior Product Manager
Join us as a Product Manager and act as the key interface between Commercial and R&D, leading the development and continuous improvement of our smart metering and energy management solutions. You will turn customer and market needs into clear product requirements, build strong business cases, initiate new projects, and own products throughout their full lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
Act as the key interface between Commersial and R&D, ensuring market and customer needs are clearly understood and translated into development priorities. Define, gather, analyse, and prioritise market, customer, and business requirements, preparation of business cases for new opportunities. Own the business case for new products and development projects, including market potential, value proposition, profitability, and key risks. Initiate new projects and work with R&D to develop planning, feasibility, resource, and costing estimates. Own the full product lifecycle, from concept and launch to continuous improvement, maintenance, end-of-life, and replacement planning where required. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, quality, profitability, compliance, and key risks, and coordinate corrective actions when needed. Maintain a forward-looking view of emerging market requirements, trends, and technologies, working with the CTO and other technical stakeholders. Coordinate product launches and represent the company in product and technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and other partners.
What You'll Bring:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, Energy, IT, or a related field. At least 2 year of experience in product management, engineering, technical project management, or a similar role. Knowledge of product development and lifecycle management. Sufficient technical knowledge of electricity meters and smart metering solutions to understand customer needs and communicate effectively with Commersial and R&D. Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and decision-making skills. Professional proficiency in English and native or fluent Lithuanian.
The Extras We'd Love:
Experience in smart metering, energy, electronics, IoT, or technical B2B products. Knowledge of certification, compliance, or quality processes. Hands-on experience with product roadmaps, technical specifications, project initiation, or business-case development. Polish, German or Russian language skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Redmine, BSS, Rivile, or similar business systems.
