Commercial Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Pre-contract :

• Take off quantities (BOQ), prepare cost estimations, and support bidding activities for new projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify discrepancies and potential commercial risks.

Procurement :

• Liaise with vendors/ subcontractors to collect proposals, perform cost comparisons, and negotiate terms to ensure the best commercial outcomes.

• At least 4 years’ experiences in relevant position. Degree in Construction engineering, Quantity Surveyor or Construction Management field.
