JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure the bar area, equipment, and workstation are clean and organized.
- Provide friendly and professional service to every guest.
- Coordinate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum SMA/SMK.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
- Must be able to communicate in English (MANDATORY).
- Good communication skills, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to work well in a team and in a shift-based system.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow with the team.
