Production Engineer (Press Engineer)

Your tasks

1.Control and Follow up Tooling progressive schedule, Die design, Die Poly, Die M/C 2.To analyze and Summary Die problem 3.Providing schedule and summary Trial project status reports 4.Planning, Improvement and Follow up Trial job (Internal and External) 5.Daily, Weekly follow up, report and meeting the progressive project both internal & external report 6.Follow up Finishing and Assembly plan 7.Part accuracy confirm 8.Scan part / Die / Compare (Color Map) 2 Analyze 9.To join daily monitoring and meeting with member 10.Support Kaizen activity and follow up 11.Control cost reduction 12.Control and Follow up maker 13.Can be working in shop floor

Requirements

1. Male or Female, Age between 25-35 years old
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Tool & Die, or any other related Engineering Degree is preferred
3. Minimum 1-5 years working experience in Production Press part (Mold, Die Maintenance, Die Making, Die Design, Stamping press)
4. Have experience in Automotive manufacturing, Body Auto parts will be advantage
5. Can use design software / Simulation software, Good computer skills (MS Officer)
6. Good knowledgeable in quality standard ISO14001 / TPS /ISO16949
7. Good command of English language (Reading and Writing)
8. Strong interest to learn new things and able to follow instruction and work in team
9. Driving License have required
