ECCBC is looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to lead the Revenue Growth Management agenda across our West and Central Africa Business Unit.

In this regional role, you will:

Shape pricing, affordability and portfolio strategies across multiple markets Optimise Brand, Pack, Price, Channel and Promotional architecture Identify opportunities to accelerate volume, revenue and contribution margin growth Strengthen promotion effectiveness and commercial investment ROI Translate consumer, shopper, customer and financial insights into clear business recommendations Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Strategy and Data teams

What we’re looking for

5–8 years of relevant FMCG or commercial experience Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy or Business Analytics Strong understanding of FMCG economics and commercial value creation Advanced analytical, financial modelling and scenario-planning capabilities Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or related analytical tools Fluency in English; French, Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage Experience working across multiple markets or diverse commercial environments
