QA Supervisor

• Manage assign owner reposibility and monitor tasks of QA section
• Ensure customer audits are done following schedule and follow-up outstanding concerns
• Monitor KPI department and company target
• Monitor QA budget
• Report significant and potential concern to QA Manager
• Ensure team member get necessary training as needed.
• Promote safety, tidy and clean work environment
• Provide weekly report for weekly meeting
• Response to customers quality problem and collect all necessary and concern information.
• Support on customer visit activity (improvement activity, annual audit, etc.)
• Monitor and engage audit activity both internal and external
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree & Above Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field More than 5 Years for automotive or related fields Quality Standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, CQI Experience in problem solving process such as performing root cause analysis and corrective action development. Understanding to drawing and test report Good command of spoken, read and written English Good communication and present skills Good negociation skills Intelligent and fast learning.
