CRM and Marketing Coordinator
Job description
We are seeking an organised and data-focused CRM & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day maintenance of HubSpot and the delivery of targeted email marketing activity for TGP International.
You will work across marketing, sales and business development to keep CRM data accurate, build useful audience segments, coordinate email campaigns and prepare clear performance reports. You will also help maintain consistent processes so teams can use HubSpot effectively and follow up on opportunities with confidence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and campaigns and who brings strong attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to coordination.
Key responsibilities

Carry out regular database checks and clean-up, identifying and correcting duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent or outdated contact, company and opportunity records
Coordinate data imports and updates, following agreed field definitions, naming conventions and data-entry standards to maintain accurate and consistent records
Build and maintain audience segments based on market, sector, service interest, lifecycle stage and engagement to support targeted marketing and business development activity
Set up, test, schedule and monitor email campaigns, newsletters and nurture communications, ensuring accurate targeting, personalisation and quality assurance
Monitor email engagement, deliverability, bounces, unsubscribes and suppression lists, flagging issues and recommending practical improvements
Support the creation and maintenance of simple workflows for lead capture, routing, follow-up and internal notifications
Update dashboards and prepare recurring reports covering database health, email and campaign performance, lead activity, pipeline information and other agreed KPIs
Maintain consent and subscription preferences in line with approved processes and TGP’s data-protection requirements, escalating questions where appropriate
Coordinate with marketing, sales, business development and digital colleagues to support forms, campaign tracking and the accurate flow of information into HubSpot
Maintain clear CRM guidance and process documentation, respond to routine user queries and help colleagues follow consistent working practices
Provide general marketing-operations support across priority campaigns, reporting and business-development activity as required
Requirements
Two to three years’ experience in CRM, marketing operations, email marketing, digital marketing or a related coordination role, ideally in a B2B environment
Hands-on experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including contact management, segments or lists, email tools, workflows and reporting
Experience working with database clean-up, data entry, imports, segmentation or CRM reporting
A practical understanding of email marketing processes, including campaign setup, testing, scheduling and performance monitoring
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, with confidence organising, checking and interpreting data
High attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring tasks, deadlines and multiple requests accurately
An understanding of B2B marketing, lead management and the role of CRM data in supporting sales and business development
Awareness of consent, subscription management and responsible handling of personal data
