About the Role
TeleMed2U is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Neurologist to join our growing virtual specialty care team in a full-time (FTE) capacity. This role allows you to deliver high-quality neurology care through a fully remote telehealth platform while maintaining an excellent work–life balance.
The position includes a 37-hour clinical workweek and opportunities to provide APP supervision , working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to manage both chronic and complex Neurological conditions using evidence-based medicine.
What You Will Do
Conduct virtual evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients with neurological conditions such as headache, migraine, neuropathy, seizure disorders and other general neurology presentations.
Collaborate closely with collaborating neurologists and other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care and appropriate treatment planning.
Order and interpret diagnostic studies as clinically appropriate.
Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR).
Provide patient education and counseling on diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain compliance with all telehealth regulations, licensure requirements, and practice standards.
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
Active, unrestricted medical license in CA, Multiple State Licenses a Plus
DEA license in good standing
Experience in APP supervision
Comfortable providing care in a telehealth environment
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
Reliable internet connection and familiarity with telemedicine technology.
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
