???? Hiring – Mechanical Maintenance Manager Technobit is looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join our Factory Team. ???? Location: Technobit Factory – Sharqia, Belbeis (Near Obour) ???? Experience: 15+ years in industrial/manufacturing environments

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities.

Ensure equipment reliability and minimize breakdowns.

Lead the maintenance team and follow up on maintenance schedules.

Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.

Participate in factory expansion and engineering projects.

Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently

Job Requirements: 15+ years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance , preferably within manufacturing/industrial factories.

Strong experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Hands-on experience with production lines, pumps, air compressors, and boilers .

Good knowledge of factory utilities and firefighting systems .

Experience in new projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and factory expansions .

Ability to read and review technical drawings .

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks .

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong planning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
