Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and local labor laws.

Oversee personnel administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all HR operations.

Spearhead recruitment efforts, from sourcing top talent to managing the full hiring lifecycle.

Utilize Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve complex HR issues, implementing sustainable solutions.

Collaborate with leadership on Strategy Planning , integrating HR objectives with overall business strategy.

Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Manage and deliver comprehensive training and development programs.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations and internal policies.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Human Resources (HR) best practices, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A deep understanding of Recruitment methodologies, Personnel Management , and strategic HR planning will be crucial for success.

Required Skills: Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and strategic planning.

Mandatory :previous Experience at Least 2-3 Years as HR Manager In Manufacturing /Production Environment.

Demonstrated success in Recruitment and talent acquisition.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite for efficient HR operations and reporting.

Exceptional skills in Personnel Management and employee relations.

Proficiency in applying Root Cause Analysis to resolve HR challenges effectively.

Solid experience in Strategy Planning as it pertains to human capital.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Egypt.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on management responsibilities.
