Taking-off quantities and Pricing for Tender / Quotations;

Execution of general Contracts Administration duties;

Evaluate and compare Subcontractors’ quotations;

Prepare and monitor Project Budget;

Preparation of Subcontracting and Purchases Document;

Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment;

Prepare and update Claims/ Costing/ Budget and Payment Receipt monthly.

relevant experience in plumbing & sanitary industry is a MUST

minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

resourceful and good negotiation skills

able to work independently and good team player
