Tasks and Responsibilities : Assist with the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Exchange Server Subscription Edition and Exchange Online.

Administer Microsoft 365 messaging services, including user and shared mailboxes, distribution groups, mail-enabled security groups, resource mailboxes, permissions, and delegation.

Support Exchange hybrid deployments and mailbox migrations between on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online.

Configure and troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, accepted domains, transport rules, SMTP relay, message tracking, and email delivery issues.

Support email protection and domain authentication controls, including Exchange Online Protection, anti-spam, anti-malware, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Assist with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Entra Connect Sync, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration.

Create and manage user accounts, groups, licenses, permissions, and access rights across Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Monitor messaging services, directory synchronization, server health, backups, capacity, and service availability.

Troubleshoot Outlook, Outlook on the web, mobile connectivity, Autodiscover, authentication, directory, network, and system issues.

Assist with deployments, upgrades, security updates, migrations, testing, and customer handover activities.

Maintain accurate technical documentation, implementation records, incident notes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Work with senior engineers and other technical teams to resolve incidents and deliver customer projects.

Provide professional remote and on-site technical support to customers and internal users when required.

Job Specification: Technical Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Exchange Server architecture, mailbox databases, Database Availability Groups, namespaces, certificates, and client connectivity.

Working knowledge of Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 administration through the Microsoft 365 and Exchange admin centers.

Basic understanding of Exchange hybrid configuration, directory synchronization, and mailbox migration methods.

Good understanding of Active Directory Domain Services, organizational units, users, groups, Group Policy, permissions, and identity lifecycle management.

Knowledge of SMTP, MAPI over HTTP, Autodiscover, Exchange ActiveSync, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, public key infrastructure, certificates, firewalls, and core networking concepts.

Basic Windows PowerShell skills for Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory administration.

Basic Windows Server administration and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability concepts is preferred.

Awareness of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Purview is an advantage.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Willingness to learn, follow technical standards, and work under the guidance of senior engineers.

Certificates:

  • A relevant university degree is required.
  • ITI or NTI training is an advantage.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications or applied credentials are preferred, including:

o Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate o Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, or Microsoft Entra applied credentials o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate o Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, or security certifications Language: Arabic: Native
