Worker

We are looking for General Workers to join our team at our mining site in Skouries, Greece. As a General Worker, you will support the mining and site operations by carrying out a variety of general duties and assisting the operational teams with daily activities. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork and the ability to work effectively in a demanding industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general activities across the mining site as instructed by supervisors and team leaders. Support mining and operational teams with day-to-day activities. Assist with loading, unloading, moving and handling materials, tools and equipment. Maintain work areas, access routes and operational areas in a clean, tidy and safe condition. Assist with basic cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance activities around the site. Use hand tools and basic equipment appropriately and safely, where required and after receiving the necessary instruction. Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, hazards or other issues to the supervisor. Follow all company health and safety procedures, site rules and environmental requirements. Wear and correctly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform any other reasonable duties related to the operation of the site, as instructed by the supervisor. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: Previous experience in mining, construction, heavy industry, logistics or a similar working environment is considered an advantage but is not essential. Strong commitment to safety Ability to perform manual work and work outdoors and/or in demanding industrial conditions. Willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team and cooperate with supervisors, operators and other employees. Ability to understand and follow safety instructions, work procedures and directions from supervisors. Basic communication skills in English are required.
