T&N Holdings is hiring a Videographer for one of our companies, KAVO Lagos, a premium restaurant and nightlife destination located in Victoria Island, Lagos. KAVO combines dining, entertainment, and nightlife to deliver an elevated guest experience in a high-energy environment.

Your tasks

The Videographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content across our brands, with a focus on professional videography for restaurants, wellness spaces, lounges, hospitality, lifestyle, and events. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility with working hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends when required.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in professional videography.
• Must have strong experience using professional cameras and filming equipment.
• Must have their own professional equipment.
• Strong eye for quality, composition, lighting and detail.
• Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, nights and weekends when required.
• Experience working with restaurants, wellness spaces, lounges, hospitality, lifestyle or events is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a lounge, nightclub, restaurant, or similar hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Experience managing VIP guests and reservations.
• Ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across service, bar, kitchen, security, and entertainment teams.
• Basic administrative and computer skills for managing reservations, schedules, and operational documentation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts as required by business needs.
