Contract Finance Operations (Processing) Specialist, Banking at Raffles Place, up to $4000

Responsibilities: Processing of vendor invoices for payments and related GL posting Handle tax requirements relating to processing Prepare general ledger reconciliation and expense reports Comply with archival requirements   Handle monthly closing related matters Participate in implementing system functionalities and enhancements Participate in developing and maintaining policies and procedures Participate in project work including process improvement activities

Period: 6 months contract Location: Raffles Place Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday Salary: Up to $4000 Requirements: Minimally diploma or degree with at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in banking with Account Payables knowledge preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively Experience with financial systems and processes, including accounting and reporting Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teams Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
