GENERAL MANAGER(HOTEL INDUSTRY)

45 years and above. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field . Minimum 5 years of relevant experience , preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of Front Office Operations . Good understanding of Accounts and financial management . Proven knowledge and experience in Sales and Business Development . Strong understanding of Housekeeping Operations . Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong financial and analytical skills. Ability to manage teams and work under pressure. High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
