BIM Modeler - Electrical
Location: Macpherson Monday - Saturday: 8.30am - 6pm Basic + Completion bonus + Variable Bonus
A well-established Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor specialising in ACMV, mechanical and electrical engineering solutions for major commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure and long-term career stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise and maintain M&E shop drawings based on as-built information, project specifications and site requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant technical standards, project specifications and submission requirements.
- Liaise with Project Engineers, Project Managers and site teams to incorporate design changes and drawing amendments accurately.
- Support BIM modelling, documentation and submission processes , ensuring drawings and project records are properly maintained.
- Assist the Project Manager with project documentation, coordination and project completion activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc technical and project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficient in or familiar with AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM modelling .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different project teams.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage drawing updates and coordination work accurately.
