Summary: Basic salary $2300-$2500 East AWS & Bonus Responsibilities: Provide first-level support and quality customer service via phone / email / walk-in. Listen actively, ask probing questions, and clarify to fully understand customer needs. Escalate issues promptly and resolve customer queries efficiently. Build rapport with clients through phone calls and messages using provided leads and sources. Perform administrative duties as required. Send reminders to clients regarding upcoming appointments.
