Casino manager
Speed Odds is a growing international iGaming technology company providing sportsbook, casino and turnkey solutions to operators across multiple markets.
We are looking for an experienced Casino Manager to join our team in Yerevan and take responsibility for the day-to-day management, performance and continuous development of our online casino product.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience within the online casino/iGaming industry, a strong understanding of casino products and game providers, and a commercial mindset focused on improving player experience, engagement and revenue.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in online casino/iGaming operations.
Previous experience as a Casino Manager, Casino Product Manager, Casino Operations Manager or similar position.
Strong understanding of online casino products, game providers and casino aggregators.
Good knowledge of GGR, NGR, RTP, bonuses, promotions and player retention.
Experience working with casino providers and/or aggregators.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commercial and performance-driven mindset.
Ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good command of English.
Sportsbook/iGaming platform experience will be considered an advantage.

Previous experience as a Casino Manager, Casino Operations Manager, Casino Product Manager, Casino Specialist or similar iGaming role.
Strong practical knowledge of online casino operations, game providers and casino aggregators .
Strong understanding of GGR, NGR, RTP, bonuses, promotions, player retention and casino performance KPIs .
Experience managing and optimizing casino games, lobby positioning, categories and content .
Experience working directly with casino providers, aggregators and iGaming platforms .
Good understanding of player behavior, CRM, retention and promotional strategies within online casino.
Ability to analyze casino performance data and make commercial decisions based on results.
Strong understanding of the international online gambling/iGaming market and industry trends .
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English .
Previous experience with an international B2C operator, B2B platform provider or casino aggregator will be considered a strong advantage.
Sportsbook experience is an advantage but online casino/iGaming experience is essential .
