Sales & Customer Service officer

Due to business development needs, we are now recruiting a Multimodal Transport Sales & Customer Service officer. This position is mainly responsible for customer development, customer relationship maintenance, quotation follow-up, order coordination, and daily customer service for multimodal transport business. Candidates with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sea freight, land transportation, railway transportation, or multimodal transport are welcome to apply.

Qualifications: College degree or above; majors in logistics, international trade, shipping, English, Chinese or related fields are preferred. Working experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sea freight, land transportation, railway transportation, or multimodal transport is preferred. Good customer service awareness, communication, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow up and solve problems in a timely manner. Sales-oriented, with the ability to actively develop customers and maintain customer relationships. Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
