Due to continued growth and increased business activity, Shop N Play ApS is looking to recruit 2 experienced Store Managers / Shop Managers to join our team in Copenhagen.

We are seeking motivated, responsible and service-minded professionals who are capable of managing the daily operations of a retail store while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient staff management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily operation of the retail store
• Leading, supervising and motivating store employees
• Ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Planning staff schedules and daily work assignments
• Monitoring sales performance and achieving business objectives
• Managing inventory levels, stock control and merchandising
• Ordering products and coordinating with suppliers
• Handling cash management and daily financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and Danish legislation
• Recruiting, training and developing store staff
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and store presentation
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Preparing operational reports and supporting business development

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• Experience as a Store Manager, Shop Manager or similar management position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience within retail operations
• Ability to manage staff and daily store activities
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic computer skills
• English language skills are required. Danish is considered an advantage.
