The Opportunity
As a Senior Sales Development Representative , you will play a critical role in driving pipeline and fueling revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects—primarily through outbound efforts.
This is a high-impact role with strong visibility and a clear path into closing roles. Top performers are promoted into Account Executive positions within 12–18 months based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels to generate new business opportunities
Research and qualify target accounts, identifying key decision-makers and influencers
Analyze prospect needs and align them with ShipHawk’s solutions
Schedule and set high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Educate prospects on ShipHawk’s WMS and shipping software solutions
Track all activity and pipeline in Salesforce
Test new messaging, sequences, and outbound strategies—then scale what works
Represent ShipHawk at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities as needed
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or MDR in a high-growth environment
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve
Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams
Experience in B2B SaaS or software sales strongly preferred

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 -$120,000 (includes commission) - based on experience
