Your tasks
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and manage registration, appointments and patient records.
- Handle phone and WhatsApp enquiries and appointment follow-ups.
- Process payments and complete daily cashier reconciliation.
- Assist with medicine preparation and labelling under the physician’s instructions.
- Monitor inventory and replenish clinic supplies.
- Explain clinic services, package prices and terms clearly.
- Support opening, closing and clinic cleanliness.
- Help identify practical improvements to patient service and clinic workflows.
Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced Clinic Assistant to join our founding team and help build a welcoming, well-organised clinic for patients and their families.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a clinic assistant is required; TCM clinic experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with patient registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and clinic administration.
- Ability to manage front-counter duties independently after orientation.
- Confidence using clinic software and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to assist patients in both languages and read Chinese medicine labels.
- A warm, professional manner, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work closely with physicians and colleagues during busy periods.

Salary & Working Hours
- Basic salary: $2,300/month + $200 attendance bonus, subject to eligibility.
- Sales commission and clinic performance incentives.
- Five days a week, 44 working hours, excluding breaks.
- Rostered between 10am and 8.30pm, with one shorter day each week.
- Two daily breaks totalling 1.5 hours.
- Roster includes weekends and public holidays.
