Barista

Our client is looking for a barista who cares about coffee and good service. You’ll make drinks to a consistent standard, look after guests, and keep the bar running smoothly. If you have barista experience, great. If you don’t but you’re keen to learn, we’ll train you.

What you’ll do

• Prepare coffee and drinks to our recipes and quality standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, recommend drinks and handle payments at the POS.
• Keep the bar, equipment and service areas clean, stocked and organised.
• Do opening and closing duties, including cleaning the machine and grinders.
• Receive deliveries, rotate stock and report low inventory.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work with the floor and kitchen teams to keep service smooth on busy shifts.
• Cover other outlets when needed.

What we’re looking for

• Some barista or F&B experience is preferred. We’ll fully train newcomers with the right attitude.
• A friendly, guest-focused attitude and good communication skills.
• Able to stay calm and quick during peak hours.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable and punctual.
