We?re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience (framing, finishing, or both)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong understanding of Canadian building codes and safety regulations
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools (power tools are an asset)

Bonus if you have:

• Fall protection or other safety certifications
• Supervisory or crew lead experience
• Willingness to train apprentices or mentor junior carpenters

Location: Based in Sydney, Nova Scotia

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

• French not required

Experience:

• Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
