People Transformation Senior Manager
Scopely is looking for a People Transformation Senior Manager to join our People Team in Barcelona, working 5 days a week from the hub.

What You Will Do
Scopely’s Self-Service Product Ownership & Roadmap Management
Serve as the business product owner for Scopely’s internal self-service capabilities
Define, manage, and continuously evolve the product roadmap in partnership with People, IT, GenAI, HR Technology, Enterprise Technology, and external vendors
Prioritize product enhancements based on employee needs, business impact, stakeholder feedback, adoption data, and technical feasibility
Translate People Team and employee experience needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success criteria
Manage the ongoing intake, triage, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements and use cases
Partner with technical owners, engineers, vendors, and third parties to ensure the product is secure, scalable, accurate, and aligned to enterprise technology standards
Own business-side governance for the product, including content quality, escalation pathways, feedback loops, and adoption measurement
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, usability, adoption, and employee satisfaction
Project Management
Support broader People Transformation initiatives that advance the People Team’s shift toward a more product-led, agile, and technology-enabled operating model
Lead and manage cross-functional projects across People, People Solutions, Compensation, DEI, and related teams
Build project plans, timelines, stakeholder maps, decision logs, risks, dependencies, and executive-ready updates
Drive alignment across multiple teams with competing priorities and varying levels of technical fluency
Ensure projects are structured with clear goals, owners, milestones, success metrics, and change management plans
Support ad-hoc strategic projects that emerge as priorities for the People Team and broader organization
Bring structure, momentum, and accountability to ambiguous or fast-moving transformation work
AI Enablement for People Teams
Partner with People Team functions to identify opportunities to build, test, and scale AI-enabled products and workflows
Support teams in translating business problems into practical AI use cases, product concepts, and implementation plans
Help teams evaluate whether AI is the right solution and identify the simplest, highest-impact path forward
Collaborate with GenAI, IT, Legal, Security, HR Technology, and external partners to support responsible development and deployment of AI solutions
Help define intake, prioritization, and governance models for People Team AI product development
Support experimentation, pilots, and proof-of-concepts while ensuring learnings are captured and scaled where appropriate
AI Upskilling
Support AI upskilling efforts across the People Team, helping team members build confidence and capability using AI tools effectively
Partner with People leaders and functional teams to identify where capability gaps exist and design targeted enablement solutions
Help build a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the People Team
Support change management strategies that drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled ways of working
Stakeholder Partnership & Thought Leadership
Act as a thought partner to the broader People Team on how technology, AI, and product thinking can improve the way the function operates
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across People, People Solutions, Compensation, DEI, IT, GenAI, HR Technology, and Enterprise Technology
Influence without direct authority and drive alignment across technical and non-technical audiences
Create clear, compelling presentations and executive-ready materials to communicate strategy, progress, risks, and decisions
Use data, user feedback, and business context to make recommendations and push back intelligently when needed
Stay intellectually curious about emerging AI, HR technology, and employee experience trends, translating them into practical People Team applications
