Proven Expertise: 4-5 years of progressive experience in cost control specifically within the construction or civil engineering sector and aware of Saudi Market Practice .

Educational Foundation: A strong academic background in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related field.

Mastery of Cost Control: Demonstrated proficiency in Cost Control methodologies, Budgeting , and financial analysis.

Engineering Acumen: A solid understanding of Engineering principles and construction processes.

Project Management Prowess: Experience with Project Management practices, including planning, scheduling, and execution monitoring.

Analytical Power: Exceptional skills in Data Analysis , Forecasting , and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
