About the AIT Ghana Program The Achievers in Technology (AIT) Ghana Program is a 12-month immersive paid National Service program designed to equip technology graduates with practical industry experience. Participants work on real-world projects, solve real business problems, receive mentorship from experienced technology professionals, and develop the technical and professional skills needed for successful careers in technology. What You Will Do

Participate in hands-on technical training. Build real-world software solutions that address business and community challenges. Contribute to end-to-end software development projects, from ideation and design to deployment. Receive one-on-one mentorship and career guidance from experienced technology professionals. Develop a professional portfolio by working on practical, impact-driven projects. Participate in technical workshops and peer learning activities. Strengthen your problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Receive career readiness support, including personal branding, CV reviews, interview preparation, and networking opportunities. Build meaningful connections with a community of mentors, industry professionals, and fellow aspiring technologists.
