Job Description: • Drive store revenue and profitability through strategic sales planning and execution. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Deliver exceptional luxury customer service aligned with brand standards. Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients. • Ensure premium visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times. • Maintain strict security measures for handling high-value jewellery inventory. Minimize stock loss through effective controls and staff awareness. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a luxury jewellery store, with a strong understanding of luxury retail operations, customer service standards, and luxury retail etiquette. • Proven experience handling high-value jewellery, including knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery certifications. • Demonstrated ability to serve VIP, UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth), and international clientele within the GCC luxury retail market.
