MEP Quantity Surveyor
Position Title: MEP Quantity Surveyor Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: Up to 15,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client: A one stop shop for all contracting & fit out services , based in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Manage all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of MEP packages from estimation to final account settlement.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and evaluate supplier/subcontractor bids.
- Monitor project budgets, variations, claims, payments, and cost control activities.
- Support value engineering, risk management, procurement, and project reporting functions.
Qualifications:
- Male, Asian national, 45 years old or below.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of MEP Quantity Surveying experience within a GCC fit-out or contracting company.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, BOQs, claims, and variations, with proficiency in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Excel.
