QA/QC TESTER (RETAIL & FNB DOMAIN)

Job Description:

• Be primarily responsible for ensuring product quality across projects including Sales Systems, Warehouse Management, and FnB operations.
• Analyze business requirements and documentation to create Test Plans, write detailed Test Cases, and prepare Test Data.
• Execute Manual/Automation Testing, log bugs clearly, track bug-fix progress, and verify resolutions with the Development team.
• Simulate real-life business scenarios at store or warehouse environments to test complex workflows and real-time data synchronization systems.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Tester/QA-QC.
• Extensive hands-on experience in projects related to Retail, Logistics/Warehouse Management, and FnB domains.
• Sharp logical thinking and quick understanding of complex workflows.
• Experienced in using API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and committed to product quality.
• Proactive and growth-driven mindset.
• Candidates who can utilize AI tools to automate Test Case generation or log analysis are highly encouraged.
• Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
• Experience testing high-load systems or systems involving hardware integration (bill printers, barcode devices, RFID).
• Ability to write Automation Tests.
