Are you an organised and proactive transport professional looking for your next challenge? We are currently recruiting for experienced Traffic Operators to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation.
- Planning and coordinating daily transport operations
- Managing driver schedules and vehicle allocations
- Monitoring vehicle movements and responding to operational issues
- Ensuring compliance with driver hours, WTD, and transport legislation
- Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Managing route planning and maximising fleet efficiency
- Updating transport management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving support
Requirements
- Previous experience in a transport, traffic, or logistics planning role
- Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good IT skills and experience using transport management systems
- Knowledge of transport compliance and driver regulations is advantageous

Available Shifts Option A - Day Traffic Operator
- Monday to Friday or
- 4 on, 4 off day shift pattern
Option B - Night Traffic Operator
- Monday to Friday nights
